01 · PROBLEM

WHAT ARE WE SOLVING

The luxury hotel hasn't changed in a generation. The luxury traveller has.

Today's high-net-worth traveller isn't chasing status or spectacle. They travel to restore balance, reconnect with themselves, and feel something real. The demand is there. The properties that meet it are not. That is the gap Solar was built for.

03 · CONTEXT

WHY ITALY AND WHY NOW

Italy is one of the fastest-growing luxury travel markets in the world. ADRs are rising, major hotel groups are moving in, and demand is accelerating. The country has an extraordinary supply of historic properties and the largest gap in Europe between what luxury hotels currently offer and what today's luxury traveller actually wants.

Italy has long lived off its heritage and its opulence. That still matters. But it is no longer enough.

And for us, it has always been personal. Ten years together, and Italy runs through all of it. And Tuscany stayed with us in a way no other place ever did. We're not just building here because the market is right. We're building here because we've already chosen to make it home.
